Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nagaland Me, Near Income Tax Office, HN. 471 Rv. Ahokhe Purana Bazar New Colony, Dimapur, NAGALAND 797116, India (“we”), the business that runs Replyroom. By using Replyroom or replyroom.si, you accept them.

1. The service

Replyroom helps you plan, create and publish posts, and answer comments and messages, on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube using AI. Some features are still being built, and we may change or remove features as the service develops.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login safe and tell us at once if someone else uses it. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Connected accounts and platform rules

You may only connect pages, accounts and channels you are allowed to manage. You agree to follow each platform’s rules, including the Meta Platform Terms, Meta’s Community Standards and the YouTube Terms of Service. By using Replyroom’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms can change or limit their services at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

4. Autopilot and AI

AI can make mistakes. You choose, channel by channel, whether Replyroom posts and replies on its own or waits for your approval, and you remain responsible for what is published from your accounts. We provide safety tools such as limits, a risk check and a pause switch, but we cannot promise that every AI output is correct or suitable.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Replyroom to:

  • send spam or messages people did not ask for;
  • publish content that is illegal, hateful or misleading, or that you have no right to use;
  • harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
  • get around the rules or limits of any platform;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or try to break its security.

Where the law requires AI made images, audio or video to be labelled, you must keep those labels.

6. Your content

You own the content you create and the data you bring. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Replyroom for you.

7. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. Prices in India exclude GST, and prices elsewhere exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it or we agree in writing.

8. Founding offer

The first 100 paying customers get 40% off their first year on a paid plan. The discount covers that first year only and cannot be combined with other offers.

9. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or platforms at risk. You can close your account at any time. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Replyroom is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your content or by your breach of these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dimapur, Nagaland have jurisdiction.
