Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nagaland Me (“we”) handles personal data in Replyroom, on the website replyroom.si and in the app at app.replyroom.si. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email, business name and login details. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, and are never stored by us.
  • Data from accounts you connect: when you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account or a YouTube channel, we receive only what the permissions you approve allow. This can include page and channel names and IDs, posts and media you publish through Replyroom, comments and messages sent to your business, the public name and ID of people who comment or message you, performance figures and access tokens.
  • What you teach Replyroom: business facts, prices, answers to common questions, tone and rules that you add to your Brand Brain.
  • Website visitors: if you join the founding list, your email and the kind of business you run. Our server also keeps short technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How we use it

  • To provide the service you ask for: planning and publishing posts, answering comments and messages, hiding spam, capturing leads and reporting results.
  • To create drafts with AI, as described below.
  • To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and follow platform rules.
  • To bill you, give support and send service messages.
  • To improve Replyroom using combined statistics that do not identify you.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data from your connected accounts for advertising.

AI processing

To draft a post or a reply, we send the minimum content needed, such as the comment and the relevant facts from your Brand Brain, to an AI model provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. We only use these providers under business terms that do not allow them to train their models on your content. If you bring your own AI key, your use of that provider is also covered by your own agreement with them.

Google and YouTube data

Replyroom uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Replyroom’s access at any time from your Google security settings.

Replyroom’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train general AI or machine learning models.

Meta data

We use data from Facebook and Instagram only to run the features you switch on, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. You can remove Replyroom from your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time, and our Data Deletion page explains how to have your data erased.

Who we share data with

  • Service providers that run Replyroom for us: hosting (Hostinger, with servers in India), payments (Razorpay), email delivery and the AI providers above. Each may use the data only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • A buyer or successor, if Replyroom is sold or merged, under this same policy.

Where data is stored

Our servers are in Mumbai, India. When we move data of people in the European Union or the United Kingdom to India, we protect it with standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Data from a connected account is deleted within 30 days after you disconnect it or close your account, except billing records, which we keep for as long as tax law requires.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest, data travels over encrypted connections, access inside our team is limited to what each person needs, and important actions are logged.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU and UK GDPR give you these rights. Write to hello@replyroom.si and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Replyroom is for businesses and creators and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work and, if we add analytics, privacy friendly statistics. We will update this section before adding any other cookies.
