Data Deletion

You can have your Replyroom data deleted at any time. Here is how.

Ask us to delete everything

Email hello@replyroom.si from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 7 days and delete your account, your Brand Brain and all data from your connected accounts within 30 days.

Remove Replyroom from Facebook or Instagram

  • Facebook: open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Replyroom.
  • Instagram: open your settings, find Apps and websites, and remove Replyroom.
  • Once you remove Replyroom, we stop receiving new data and delete what we hold from that account within 30 days.

Remove Replyroom from YouTube

Open your Google security settings and remove Replyroom’s access. We then delete the YouTube data we hold for you within 30 days.

What we keep

Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is erased.
